Below are some of the guidelines for weddings held at Radiant Christian Life
- Generally speaking, we perform weddings for couples who know
Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, and who are regular
attendees or official members of Radiant Christian Life.
- One of our Pastors must officiate or co-officiate the wedding.
- Date must be open on the church calendar and on the officiating Pastor’s calendar.
- There is a 4 month waiting period during which time there are required premarital sessions.
- Saturday weddings must begin no later than 1:30 PM, and photographs must be completed by 3:00 PM.
The following charges apply
Facilities
- Church rental (non-attenders): $200.00
- Deviation of current platform setup: $300.00
- RCL church custodian - wedding: $150.00
- RCL church custodian - reception: $200.00
Personnel
- RCL wedding coordinator: $100.00
- RCL sound engineer: $100.00
- Audio recording and/or video projection - $100.00
- An honorarium for the officiating Pastor is customary
- Services and fees for the pianist, musicians, soloist, or computer graphics are arranged directly by the couple
Other
- Premarital Prepare evaluation: $35.00
Here are the steps to follow for setting up a wedding at Radiant
Step 1 – Call the church office (867-3880) to pencil in the date
Step 2 – After the date is cleared by staff, meet with the officiating Pastor
Step 3 – After the Pastor agrees to perform the wedding, download the Wedding Packet and follow directions
