Open Doors

Description
On a local level, Radiant is pleased to help support Open Doors as a way of outreach in our community. Open Doors is a non-profit organization of local citizens created to serve the community of Westfield and Washington Township in Hamilton County by providing:

  1. Centralized Food Pantry and Clothes Closet.
  2. Assisting those who have Special Needs because of age and or low income.
  3. Ministering in the name of Jesus Christ in Service to the people in the community. 
  4. Providing Resources to those in need of emergency assistance. 
  5. Developing a Referral System for membership and the community. 
  6. Initiating Self Help programs to help individuals move toward a more self-reliant and independent life style. 
  7. Promoting Understanding among individuals from different ethnic an socio-economic backgrounds.

Open Doors board members consist of representatives from local member churches. There are presently 14 local member churches in the Westfield area.

Operating hours are Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm

You may donate clothing or monetary donations to Open Doors at any time. They are always in need of volunteers to assist at various times throughout the year. For more information contact the Radiant office or Open Doors directly.
